Spa Policies & Information

 

-          Diva Spa & Salon is a smoke-free environment.

-          Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa services. This will allow ample time to check in, change into spa attire and relax.

-          Credit Cards are required to guarantee your reservation.

-          Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Appointments cancelled less than 12 before scheduled time, will be charged $25 per service. “No Show” appointments will be charged 50% of all services missed.

-          For the ultimate Diva experience, children are not permitted in the Spa. Please be advised that we are not staffed to attend children, therefore we cannot assure their safety.

-          Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

-          All major credit cards and personal checks accepted. If a check is returned, a $35 processing will be charged. All series must be paid for in advance.
